Curb Appeal for a New Complex

When Tannery Bay Condos called, we came running! The new complex in Whitehall needed some help with the landscaping around their show houses located in a plush, new neighborhood, and we thought, “Hey, why not take a road trip?” So, we headed north and got to work.

The key to curb appeal is accenting with color. We chose plants that brought out the hues of the houses, and complimented the concrete paver patios—which, by the way, we also put in to provide each home with beautiful outdoor living spaces!

Not wanting anyone to feel left out, we installed a community fire pit, too. Using cement blocks, pavers, and other materials, we created a perfect year-round gathering spot for all!

From brick and stone borders to retaining walls, plantings, mulch, and more, we made sure to provide all the finishing touches that take a yard from sand pile to spectacular!
